This series of animated illustrations features barbecue dishes from every continent, celebrating eclectic flavours and colour palettes. The challenge, along with the tight 2-week deadline, is to harmonize the diverse subjects, and incorporate animation while being conscious of visual overkill. Referencing studies of meadows and tropical flowers, I brought all the dishes together using sky-blues, foliage-greens, and atmospheric subtle movements.
